Our Standard Lock

We typically install a 5-pin cylinder with a Whitco Lockwood key system and a Yale Quattro® Security Door Lock for reliable, everyday security. It’s a reliable, high quality setup that suits most homes and gives you solid everyday security.

Our hinged security doors include these built-in features:

Convenient automatic latches shut when the door closes
select privacy lock or deadlock when exiting the home

The Triple Lock

A triple lock system is an optional upgrade chosen by many of our customers Instead of locking in just one spot, a triple lock secures your door at three points. This means extra strength, stability, and peace of mind. It’s especially popular on front security doors where added protection really matters.

Yale Quattro

The new Yale Quattro is the fourth generation of ASSA ABLOY’s security door lock with projection bolt, to suit hinged door applications.

Features:
• Improved snibbing and key locking functions
• Compatible with industry standard door preparations and will retrofit in place of the Tasman MK3 lockset
• Can be used with legacy Tasman MK3 accessories such as cylinder, strikers, furniture and 3 Point Locking Kits
• 3 Point Locking Kit operation is driven be the inside snib for increased security when “day latched”
• DualSelect™ 2 stage key locking, offers safety and security for all occupants by giving a choice of selecting privacy lock or deadlock when exiting the home

TRIPLE LOCK

Single or multi-point hinged security door lock. To suit either left or right-hand opening hinged screen doors.

• Suits normal 20mm thick door
• Accepts Whitco profile lazy cam cylinder
• Optional multi-point version for 3-point application

Lockwood 8654

The Lockwood 8654 Hinged Security Door Lock has been designed in Australia and manufactured to stringent quality specifications.

Features:
• 2 stage key locking, offers safety and security for all occupants by giving a choice of selecting safety mode or secure mode when exiting the home
• Turning the key to the first selection engages the safety lock, this offers security from the outside whilst allowing occupants inside to safely exit using the internal lever and snib
• Turning the key to the second selection engages the secure lock, this provides internal and external security, and requires the key to unlock the door from inside and outside.
• Suits left or right hand opening doors
• Stainless steel hookbolt for increased security

Gainsborough Locks

If your home already uses Gainsborough door handles and locks, we can supply compatible locks so your new security door can be keyed alike with the rest of your house.

That means one key for multiple doors, which keeps things simple and convenient.

Patio Bolts

Patio bolts are an optional extra that can be fitted to the inside of your door for additional internal locking. They are most commonly used on rear or double doors, or where extra stability is desired in windy areas. With our popular triple lock system, most customers find a patio bolt isn’t necessary, but we’re happy to supply one if it suits your specific needs.
